What we will host for:

Most Korean store drops, offline and in person events. If there is not enough interest to fill one set, go will not go through.

CLAIMING PROCESS

Gom will drop a message with store name, album, type, cost, version, preview if available

EX: Fromm 1.0 Full Album - 15$ Flower vers.

(prices are in USD if using a different currency please match as closely to the US equivalent as possible, price contains fees gom has to pay to transfer your currency to gom Korean bank. If you can send directly to gom Korean bank, please message gom).

If you want to claim the store, please like the message with your claim emoji. Claims will go in order of priority which is listed below. Joiners will have 24 hours to solidify their claims. Once 24 hours are up gom will count out the set quantities and @ users that have been put down for their respective claims. If you have multiple members, but only want 1 member for a certain drop, please notify gom immediately. If no notification is given, gom will assume that joiner wants all their soft claims for that specific store. For cases of 2 or 3 photocards to get a unit or a special gift, joiner will be put down in the priority of their soft claims. If joiner only has 1 soft claim, the remaining claims needed to qualify for the special gift must come from the current open claims (sh, ys, wy, jh for the moment) subsequentially OT8 sets can be opened once all the remaining slots have been filled. If a set has 7/8 spots filled the final spot will be split among the 7 claimers and card will be raffled to joiners who are in the affected set. If joiners want album photocards please notify gom and which cards, gom will go through how many album photocards you qualify for based on claims. Stores that joiners will not qualify for album photocards are when discounted price is offered. This may occur when gom attempts or if helping a local here in Korea and is able to get photocards for cheaper (pob only). If joiner wants to add more claims (in the event of a fancall raffle win) please notify gom immediately and inform the desired set add on amount.

PROOF OF PAYMENT

For every store, a form will need to be filled out. Please do not fill this out until claims for the respective store are solidified by gom. Once claims are solidifed, please fill out the form.

Please make sure instructions are followed carefully within the form. Please make sure store emoji and claim emoji is in the note of the payment. If using wise, please write out store and claim emoji. Gom will state payment deadline along with initial message. Late payments are susceptible to $1 late fee per day. The fee is a one-time courtesy. Gom will warn joiner and if payment is missed a second time. Joiner will be unable to claim anymore photocards and will be removed from the preclaims groupchat (please do not make me do this).

FANCALL RAFFLE:

Gom will notify if store is eligible for a fancall raffle (most will be, but gom does want to help a couple people that have never talked with Ateez win a call this comeback). If interested in participating in the fancall raffle, please make sure to fill out the form above. If you do not have a passport you cannot participate in fancall raffles (I am aware some stores accept ID however most do not or will be wary or can run into issues so to avoid potential problems, you must have a passport to participate). If you are wanting to participate in the fancall raffle, please make sure you are available for the time and day the call will take place. Please do not participate in the raffle if you are unavailable to do so. Each claim is 1 entry for the fancall raffle max 8 entries. Once you have won a fancall raffle and call you will be removed from the wheel and cannot win a secondary call. (EX: if you won the wheel earlier in the comeback but did not win the actual call you will still be eligible to be on the fancall raffle wheel). If you lose the call 2x, on the 3rd call attempt your name will be removed from the wheel regardless of if the call is won or lost.

After 24 hours and claims are solidified, gom at her earliest convenience (most likely late at night KST) will place all qualifying and applicable joiners to a random wheel that gom will shuffle and spin. Gom will screen record wheel and send the video in real time to the group chat and @ winner. Gom will not place the order until the winner confirms information for the order. Gom will give 8 hours for winner to acknowledge their win. If no acknowledgement or confirmation is given to the gom, gom will respin the wheel. Gom will state time and day for wheel spin if the store qualifies for a fancall raffle in initial message sent to the group chat. If winning joiner wants to add photocards to their order, they must notify gom before order is confirmed and placed through. DISCLAIMER: Gom will not proxy order for Hellolive due to the nature of the store requiring the account holder to be the one to have the call. Gom will order through a local proxy (that they know personally here in Korea) or will enter herself.

SHIPPING

HEAVY HEAVY DISCLAIMER: I am a student first. I am not the fastest packer. Please please please be patient with me. I am working as quickly as I can, but I am one human with hundreds of orders so please be aware of this.

EMS is calculated by how much weight was contributed to the overall package. To give an example estimate, a package costed $35 (45,000 won) to send. The box weighed 1kg. I will take the won quantity 44500/1000g = 0.0225 won per gram. If a joiner contributed 100g to the box, their ems would come out to $2.25.

Gom has split shipping options for Aus/NZ (person is AUS based) USA (Cali based), EU (UK based). Claim checks will be sent and packed in Korea and placed in the split package that is sent via EMS. Once package arrives to designated person, proxy shippers will message joiners to collect doms.

Stamped option is available if under 1kg (about max 8 photocards) $3 (USA can do stamped again)

KPACKET (tracked) only available for certain countries AUSTRALIA, CANADA, GERMANY, BRAZIL, CHINA, FRANCE, HONG KONG, INDONESIA max 2kg ~15$ can be more or less depending on weight
