Hello everyone! with comeback surely coming in February, we wanted to lay out the rules and how tos for claiming this comeback as we have some new joiners and have updated some of our rules and procedures this time around.

What we will host for:

We will not be hosting for every drop. when an event is announced, goms will discuss whether we will be hosting and drop it in the chat if we decide to go ahead with hosting. Please do not ask if we are hosting for a store. we will explicitly state when we are opening a go for a store. as we both work, drops may not be posted immediately to the group chat. please be patient!

Claiming guidelines:

All dates and times are in kst. all prices (unless indicated otherwise) are in usd. We ask that members of this chat commit to claiming from at least 3 stores. Claims are first come first serve. goms will announce when we are hosting for a store in the format below:

hosting for: store name - version name $usd / $cad / $krw payment deadline picture preview if it exists

To claim, reply to the message with what member(s) you would like to claim. if your message is reacted to, it has been accepted by the goms. We can open for multiple sets if we can fill them so please dont be discouraged if you are not the first to claim your member. Accepted claims will be added to the notion. we will also send a message formatted like below so you can check if your claim went through:

store name - version name hj: gom1 / user etc. for every member with claimers tagged.

Once you have claimed, you cannot back out without finding a replacement.

Sets must be filled to go through. unless explicitly stated, goms will not be covering any claims this cb. In the case of one member being left to fulfill a set, the cost of the claim will be split amongst joiners of the affected set and the leftover photocard will be raffled amongst those joiners. this includes goms if they are included in the set. Please only claim if you are prepared to pay by the deadlines. many drops have very short payment openings so payments will be needed asap.

Payment guidelines

We offer many payment options. please read the guidelines carefully for your form of payment. payments sent incorrectly will be returned and your claims will not be secured.

canadian e-transfer: [email protected]. there is a $1usd fee for using this option to cover for fees.

paypal f&f: send to [email protected]. send in usd. there is a $1usd fee for using this option to cover for fees.

Please dm a screenshot of your payment to fixonhannie. if you do not send a screenshot, we may not verify your claim. All payments are due by the payment deadline (and will be put into a calendar visible in this notion).

Joiners may be granted one payment extension during the comeback season of no more than 5 days. if an extension is needed, you must dm fixonhannie with more than 24 hours' notice of the payment deadline. your extension may be denied if the goms cannot cover your claims.

Goms will send a tagged message 24 hours before the payment deadline to notify anyone who we are missing a payment from. we will dm about missing payments approximately 5 hours before the deadline.

If the payment deadline is still missed, you will be subjected to a $1 per day per claim late fee. after 24 hours of non-payment, your claims will be reopened to others. however, you will still incur late fees until the claims have been taken by someone else, or you pay your total.

Failure to pay for your claims within 1 week will result in you being removed from the gc, a dni in your name posted, and you forfeit any other claims currently in the goms possession without refund.

Fancall/fansign attempts:

until won, we will be applying fixonhannie for all in-person fansigns. if fixonhannie wins, we will be entering luckydaffodil8_8 in remaining in-person events.

each gom will apply for fancalls until either a fansign or fancall event has been won. all subsequent fancalls will be raffled amongst joiners for that applicable event. once you have won a fancall through us, you will be ineligible for further raffles so as many people can talk to ateez as possible! winning the raffle does not guarantee winning the fancall, if you do not win the fancall you are still eligible for further raffle wins.

fancalls will be raffled using a wheel and results will be screen-recorded for visibility.

Shipping:

all orders will be shipped after the end of comeback season. we will send out an address form and calculate ems at this time. due to rapidly changing shipping rules, we will update with mailing options when it is time.
